In 2021, Banka started his school near Jilling Sereng, Purulia district, West Bengal near the border with Jharkhand. This is a tribal village in Ajodhya Hills and Forest Reserve area.
Banka who has studied 12 + 2 years decided to start a school with his 2 close friends so that the young children can learn to read and write at a very young age and have a possibility to study further. This intern might help their families and overall the community to better take care of themselves, and the flora and fauna around them..
